Apr 10 – Protect Security Ukraine, CEO. 

Jan 06 - Jul 09 Hilti AGBaltic Operations Manager.

Leading operations in Baltic Market Organisation of Hilti AG as member of board Baltic MO. First task was to separate Baltic MO from Finland MO, build up new organisation in 2007. I took part in restructuring organisation in 2008. Direct responsibility areas were in all 3 Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania):

  1. People management and development in MO.
  2. Logistics – import/export and supply chain.
  3. Retail – build up chain of 15 corporate shops in Baltic.
  4. AMS – after market services, made centralised service centre for MO Baltic in 2008 - 2009 (service centre, process of warranty repairs, customer care, after sales support, etc.).
  5. SAP project manager and key user (I lead implementation process of SAP in all 3 Baltic countries March 2006 - April 2007, successful start w/o major issues. All employees were able to work with SAP on the first day “plug in” ).
  6. Finance (work mostly related with SAP to meet demands of the Latvian Gov.Tax Dep.) Co-ordinating accounting work.

Dec 04-Dec 05 Scanfor Eesti OÜManager

Build up new company here in Estonia from February 2005. Main responsibilities were: leading office, negotiations with co-partners, shipment logistics (niche full truck loads, container transport from other EU countries) and also sales. Start was successful. A strategic plan to make here logistic centre stopped, so developing and grow is planned only for sales. Reason I joined with team was to build up in Estonia and Baltic States new logistics company with warehousing and distribution. In case that main target finally was just sales, instead logistics centre, from this point of view company discharge function already.

Jul 04– Sep 04 Estiko-Plastar AS - Financial department manger, all related obligations.

Short time replacement of financial manager was leaving to pregnancy vacation. Replacement time for period when was built up direct online connection for financial manager to work at home.

2001 – 2004 Schenker AS - Sales department manager in Tallinn office, main office for Baltic States as co-ordinator in region.

Baltic States MPS (marine parts service) manager, co-ordinator of Baltic States and Finland, under my leadership 2 persons in Lithuania, 1 in Latvia and 1 in Finland. Ship repair parts were requested to different ports of discharge vessels to make repair work where ever requested around the world. 

Olympic Games logistics (project) manager in Baltic States. Logistics for Salt Lake City and Athens Olympic Games. In my team were 1 person in Latvia and 1 in Lithuania co-operation with 50 offices around the world.

Additional obligation at division managers absence I replaced division manager position for 2 -3 times in year. In division were 28 employees, everyday planning and job tasks for all department employees. I was responsible for communication with authorities like customs and border guard.

2008 - … Tartu University – Executive MBA “Strategic Management” planned to graduate in 2010.

1999 – 2005 Tartu University - Bachelor – main speciality: finance management; minor speciality: international business management. Thesis: Corporate Restructuring Based on Telia AB and Sonera Corporation Merger (takeovers, restructuring, and corporate governance; merger and acquisition process and activities) 

1985 – 1991 Tallinn Technical University - specialities: construction management and administration Civil engineering, minor specialty: construction engineering. Did not graduate, left studies after third year.

2005 – 2009 Hilti AG – people management and team leading trainings, personal development trainings, select and source (human recourses), marketing management trainings, business process assessment, process audit, and etc.

2000 – 2004 Schenker AS – different kind of courses related logistics and warehousing, also supply chain management (adequate supply).
